I work with clients from all walks of life to build lifelong yoga practices. From power flows to restorative, yin yoga, and guided meditation, each session is custom-tailored to support your holistic growth from the ground up. Everyone comes to the mat for a different reason. Whether you’ve come to yoga to find inner peace, build functional strength and flexibility, increase your mobility, or improve your overall mental and physical well-being, we’ll work together to meet and exceed your goals.

The most sacred relationship is the one you have with yourself. I create intuitive sequencing for beginners and experienced practitioners alike that calms the nervous system and promotes deep healing from within. Group privates are available.

Yoga belongs to everyone. I also design accessible wellness programming, events, workshops, and experiences centered around community and connection for corporate teams and friend groups alike. Rooted in individual and collective liberation, yoga is a transformational tool of change. Gather your crew and be the change you want to see.

Sacred Healing

What would it look like to accept and embrace the many versions of you? To honor yourself in all of your phases? As a certified women’s guidance facilitator, trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, and sound healer, I hold brave and loving space for women to come home to their sacred selves.

Using a holistic approach, I guide clients to reframe their limiting beliefs, rewrite the narratives that no longer serve them, and create space for connection and alignment through new pathways of healing. Modalities used include embodied movement, breath work, meditation, sound healing, tapping, boundary work, sacred storytelling, and compassionate inquiry.

Ram Dass said we’re all just walking each other home. It is my privilege to walk alongside you on your soul-centered journey back home to yourself.

My thirst for knowledge began during my first 200-hr YTT, and continues well into my sixth training. As a full-time yoga educator and business owner who has led sold-out retreats, classes, workshops, and events, I thoroughly understand what it takes to be an absolute force of a yoga teacher in the world today.

Through customized 1:1 mentorship sessions and consistent continued support, we'll work together to build your teacher’s toolkit, master the art of creative sequencing, leverage the power of storytelling, embody the grace of space holding, and launch the heart-centered career of your dreams.
