In Flow with Lindsey
Yoga that meets you where you are, and evolves with you.
Through therapeutic private sessions, mentorship, and immersive learning experiences, I help students and teachers build practices that support the way they move through life.
Whether you're seeking greater ease in your body, a deeper understanding of yourself, or growth as a teacher, together we'll create a practice that evolves with you—on and off the mat.
Ways to Work Together
Move with me • Study with me • Learn with me • Gather with me

Private yoga is not a group class adapted for one person. It is a therapeutic, one-on-one practice that works directly with your body, your patterns, and your lived experience.
With your body, your goals, your challenges, and your life at the center, we build your practice from the ground up so it supports greater ease, stability, and clarity in how you move through the world.
My students range from complete beginners to lifelong practitioners across all stages of life.
This work is detailed and restorative. We use movement, breath, and intelligent use of shape and support to shift how your body organizes itself—so that you can feel more grounded, spacious, and at ease in your everyday functioning.
Over time, this creates a felt sense of change: more steadiness in the body, more regulation in the nervous system, and more freedom in how you live, relate, and respond to life.
This is a practice that is both supportive and transformative. No flexibility or prior experience is required, only a willingness to begin.

You’ve completed your 200-hour training and built a strong foundation. Now you are ready to refine and expand your craft.
This one-on-one mentorship supports you in stepping more fully into your voice, confidence, and presence as a teacher, evolving how you lead, educate, and communicate the depth of yoga in a way that truly lands.
At the core of this work is a robust curriculum designed to advance both your personal practice and your ability to teach it. Asana is explored as both a structured and creative language, supporting you in sequencing intelligently, teaching clearly, and holding space in a way that is both grounded and alive.
You will learn how to translate the deeper layers of yoga into accessible, embodied teaching so your students can begin to live their practice beyond the mat. This work supports you in developing classes that are thoughtful, intentional, and impactful, while deepening your own lived relationship to practice.
This is not a generalized program. We begin with what you are most called to teach and build from there, focusing on what is already alive in your voice rather than replicating external models. The intention is not imitation, but clarity and impact, becoming a teacher who can hold both depth and accessibility with confidence.
I offer only a select number of mentorship spots each year so I can fully devote myself to each teacher and their evolution. This work is intentional, in-depth, and highly individualized.
A true practice does not begin and end on the mat. It becomes the foundation for how you live.

This is a one-on-one space for personal inquiry, reflection, and meaningful change.
Together, we use the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic self-inquiry to explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional habits that shape how you move through life. This work supports greater clarity, emotional awareness, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Drawing from trauma-informed guidance, meditation, breathwork, and contemplative practice, sessions are personalized to meet you where you are and support what is emerging in your life right now.
Over time, this work helps you relate differently to yourself, your relationships, and the choices you make—creating space for more presence, steadiness, and agency.
This is not about doing more practices. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, so you can move through life with greater clarity and ease.
This work goes beyond conversation. While reflection and insight are part of the process, we also work with the body, breath, and nervous system to support real integration and change.
Rather than staying in analysis alone, we engage both understanding and experience so what is uncovered can be felt, embodied, and moved into aligned action.

I offer signature trainings, immersions, workshops, and classes at studios and retreat spaces around the world.
Rooted in the lineages and teachers that have shaped my path, my work is grounded in yoga philosophy and embodied practice. It weaves structured, Katonah-informed principles with contemporary vinyasa, integrating dharma, movement, and inquiry into a cohesive and accessible experience.
These offerings are immersive by nature, designed to shift the atmosphere of a room and remain with students long after practice ends. Through intelligent sequencing and reflective inquiry, yoga philosophy becomes something lived, not just understood.
Metaphor, structure, and intuitive exploration are held in balance, creating spaces that are both clear and expansive for students and teachers alike. I’m known for cultivating presence, depth, and connection, and for supporting strong, engaged communities wherever I teach.
Each offering is a distinct expression of a single intention: to explore yoga as a lived practice, a disciplined study, and a shared human experience.
