Restoring Humanity Project

The Restoring Humanity Project is a collective of heartfelt hopes and dreams, shortcomings and successes, passions, coping mechanisms, wins and losses, meant to remind us of the common ground in which we all walk.

FAQs

Q: What does a Restoring Humanity Project session consist of?

A: Our stories explore all parts of us. With that being said, all RHP sessions are held in different spaces —

wherever you’re comfortable being authentically you. Whether that’s in your home, your studio, or your favorite nature preserve. My home studio is always available, as well.

Q: How long does the interview process take?

A: Facilitated in a brave space for vulnerability and healing, each Restoring Humanity Project session includes a private heart-expanding meditation and movement practice, a one-on-one guided conversation, and a uniquely explorative opportunity to find your voice, reflect from within, and share your story.

Q: How soon after my interview can I read and share my story?

A: Shortly after, you’ll have a published RHP story with a photo of you in your element, and opportunities to connect with those in your community.

This can be done virtually, as well. No matter where in the world you are, you can participate in the Restoring Humanity Project. Simply get in touch to book your RHP session.

Our stories reveal the real and raw, dynamic, unapologetic, messy, beautiful, and irreconcilable parts of self. Our many transformations — the millions of people we can be from day-to-day. Walt Whitman reminded us that we contain multitudes. From excerpts of my memoirs to explorations of mental health and wellness, yoga, travel, and everything in between – these are my stories.
