Integrative healing
Healing is a lifelong journey, you don’t have to go it alone. As a women’s guidance facilitator, I hold brave and loving space for women committed to their transformation.
Through a trauma-informed framework, we’ll work together to identify and overcome limiting beliefs and challenges, rewrite the narratives that keep you small, cultivate a sense of safety within, build your toolbox full of effective tools and practices for self-regulation, befriend your inner child, integrate your light and shadow parts, embrace your divine feminine energy, and step fully into your authenticity with a life rooted in love.
As everyone’s path is unique, healing is never a one-size-fits-all approach. Each integrative healing session supports the woman you are today while paving the way for your most empowered self to step forward.
Healing modalities can include compassionate inquiry, inner-child healing, somatic experiencing, guided meditation, explorative prompts, breathwork, tapping, boundary work, and sacred storytelling.
Soul sessions
Soul Sessions are heart-centered and holistic 1:1 healing sessions designed to reset and restore your nervous system. Each transformative session is a custom blend of yoga and somatic movement, sound healing, breathwork, and guided meditation. Packages are available, inquire within.
